Originally drawn for the Jonny Hannah curated exhibition 'Darktown Film Club' at Brighton-based 'Atelier Beside The Sea' gallery, this 2 colour Risograph features the film 'Punch-Drunk Love' redrawn across 190 small frames, at 30-second intervals.
Punch-Drunk Love is one of my favourite films to feature Adam Sandler as a pudding-collecting, toilet-brush-making, bright blue suit-wearing man with anger issues, who falls in love with Emily Watson, directed by Paul Thomas Anderson. Hence why I drew it.
Printed by the artist through the Risograph process in Blue, with Federal Blue spot colour, on 140gsm Acid Free Seawhite Cup cycling Cartridge Paper.
The Print is signed and dated in an open edition.
